1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The seal on the product must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The return request must be made within the applicable return period
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been partially or fully consumed
- Products with broken seals
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Await confirmation and return instructions
3.2 Shipping Your Return
Once your return is approved:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
- Ship the package to the address provided in your return confirmation
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number
3.3 Return Shipping Costs
When exercising your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
- We have otherwise agreed to cover return shipping
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note:
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
4.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products returned outside the return window (at our discretion)
- Products not in original condition or missing parts
- Products with signs of use or damage
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Do not dispose of the product or packaging until instructed
For defective or damaged products, we will cover return shipping costs and either provide a replacement or full refund.
6. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the incorrect product received
- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a full refund
- Return shipping for wrong items will be at our expense
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)

8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. Cancellations
9.1 Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.
9.2 After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow our standard return process.
